Frequency Tracker

Sometimes I need to know how often I do something in order to adjust or plan ahead. So I made this template. You can visualize how often you do something on a dot plot for the last year.
This template is easy to use, just tap the DONE button when you're done with something, and it will automatically calculate the frequency, the most recent completion time and how far away from now the most recent completion time is.
