賃料は入居予定日の１週間までに、 翌月1ヶ月分の賃料を以下の口座に振込をお願いいたします。 前月27日までにお支払いがなされなかった場合は、 強制退去の可能性があります。どうしても難しい場合は、事前にご相談ください。
例）入居予定日が8月14日の場合：8月7日までに8月14日〜9月14日の家賃を振り込む

入居時に、30,000円分の保証金をお預かりいたします。 退去時点でお部屋の破損・汚損が発見された場合は、 原状復帰を目的として、 こちらから差し引かさせて頂きます。 退去のお部屋の確認後、破損・汚損が無い場合は、退去月の翌月末にご指定の口座へ返金いたします。なお、保証金を賃料に充当することはできません。
お申し込み後のキャンセルについて以下のキャンセル料が適用されます。

A security deposit of 30,000 yen will be required at the time of move-in. If the room is found to be damaged or soiled when you move out, we will deduct it from you for the purpose of restoring it to its original state. After confirming the moving-out room, if there is no damage or stains, we will refund the money to the designated account at the end of the month following the moving-out month. The security deposit cannot be applied to the rent.

日割計算の対応をさせていただきます。１ヶ月以上入居場合、１ヶ月の賃料＋日割の賃料を振り込んでください。
例）入居日が8月14日、退去日が9月30日の場合、１ヶ月分＋15日分を日割計算。
We will handle the daily calculation. If you are staying for more than 1 month, please transfer 1 month's rent + daily rent.
住人以外の宿泊は基本的に禁止とします。なお事前に申告があり、他の住人の許可がある場合にのみ、各施設の定員まで利用が可能です。 ただし、不特定多数の出入りは原則禁止です。 無断での出入りを行なった場合は、別途料金の請求や強制退去となる場合がございます。
Overnight stays by non-residents are basically prohibited. It is possible to use up to the capacity of each facility only if there is a declaration in advance and permission from other residents is obtained. However, in principle, entry and exit of an unspecified number of people is prohibited. If you enter or leave the property without permission, you may be charged a separate fee or be forced to leave.
施設の清潔、安全管理の観点で、住人以外のスタッフが、部屋に立ち入る可能性があります。その場合は必ず事前に申告をします。 (点検の日程は、 施設ごとに異なります。)
From the perspective of facility cleanliness and safety management, staff other than residents may enter the room. Be sure to declare in advance. (The inspection schedule differs for each facility.)
施設利用中に、 施設の家具や備品類を破損・汚損・紛失をした場合は、 補修に係る実費相当額をご負担頂きます。
If the furniture or fixtures of the facility are damaged, soiled, or lost while using the facility, the actual cost of repairs will be charged.
賃貸借契約期間中は当施設の住所を登録することができます。 契約期間が満了し、 退去される際は、必ず住所変更を行ってください。
You can register the address of this facility during the lease contract period. When the contract period expires and you move out, be sure to change your address.
・当初の予定と異なる日に退去する場合は、退去する日の２週間前までに必ずご連絡下さい。 事前のご連絡がない場合は、 翌月の賃料もお支払いして頂きます。 ・事前申告のない退去は、日割計算の返金対象外となる可能性がありますので、ご了承下さい。 ・退去確認時に、 施設備品等に破損・汚損・紛失がある場合は、実費相当額を請求いたします。 ・退去される際は、 個室や共有部分の現状復帰をお願いします。 ・残置物につきましては、施設で処分をさせて頂きます。
・If you are moving out on a different date than originally planned, please be sure to contact us at least 2 weeks before the date of moving out. If we do not hear from you, we will ask you to pay the next month's rent as well. ・At the time of moving-out confirmation, if there is damage, defacement, or loss of facility equipment, etc., we will charge you an amount equivalent to the actual cost. ・When moving out, please return the private room and common areas to their original state. ・Remaining figurines will be disposed of at the facility. ・Please note that moving out without advance notification may not be eligible for refunds calculated on a daily basis.
以下に挙げた例の様な状況が続き、 再三の中にも関わらず改善の見込みがない場合は、賃貸借契約期間中で あっても強制的に退去して頂くことがございます。 なお、 その場合の支払い済み賃料は返金できかねますのでご注意ください。
例）本規約に記載ルールが守れない、他利用者および施設スタッフ・近隣住民への迷惑行為、他十人および施設スタッフや近隣住民とのトラブル
If the following situations continue and there is no prospect of improvement despite repeated attempts, you may be forced to move out even during the term of the lease. Please note that the paid rent cannot be refunded in that case.
Examples) Failure to follow the rules described in this agreement, nuisance to other users, facility staff, and local residents, troubles with other users, facility staff, and local residents
