The Zoom Integration allows external call transcripts for a curated list of Workbounce users to be made accessible via the Workbounce search, and to fuel the Customer filter in Topics.
Here’s how you get set up:
Install our Workbounce App from Zoom Marketplace: https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/MjVtQDtASCu_XT7frQZkGg
Then, as a Workbounce Admin and Zoom Admin, head to Workbounce Settings —> Connections, and turn the Zoom app on.
Read through the scopes defined in the integration setup screen that appears, then click “Allow”.
The final step is to select users for which external-facing calls will be imported in Workbounce. Head to the Settings → Permissions tab and decided whether to select specific users from the organization, all of them, or none.
Things to note:
In order to disable the app go to Workbounce Settings —> Connections, and turn the Zoom app off. Disabling the Zoom integration will removed all the data connected with it and it won’t be possible to search for content within the saved recordings.
