The company is responsible for the regulation of terms and conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Consumer Basic Act, etc. These terms and conditions may be amended to the extent that they do not violate laws and regulations.

These Terms of Use may be amended, and if the Terms of Use are amended, the company will notify the fact that the Terms of Use will be amended 7 days prior to the date of application of the revised Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Effective Date”) and the revised content. However, in the case of changes that significantly affect the rights and obligations of members, notice will be made 30 days prior to the effective date.

  2. The meaning of terms in these Terms and Conditions not defined in Paragraph 1 shall be in accordance with general business practices.

Article 4 "Scope and Limits of Provision of Services"

  1. The company provides the services of “Litemera” within the app.
  2. Members must always familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of use, personal information handling policy, and other notices of the company for services notified separately by the company, and the disadvantages caused by not being aware of these are on the member.

Article 6 "Change and Protection of Personal Information"

  1. When collecting personal information of members, the company collects the minimum amount of personal information to the extent necessary to provide services.
  2. When the company collects and uses a member's personal information, the company notifies the member of the purpose and obtains consent.
  3. The company cannot use the collected personal information for any purpose other than the intended purpose, and when a new purpose of use occurs or if it is provided to a third party, the purpose is notified to the member at the stage of use and provision and consent is obtained. However, there are exceptions if there are other provisions in the relevant laws and regulations.
  4.
