Visual Quiz Builder integrates with Klaviyo to enable personalized email / SMS marketing to quiz takers. Rather than sending the same email to all quiz takers, you can create flows that trigger emails based on events such as quiz start or complete, or segment quiz visitors according to various responses and recommended products, and send each segment personalized emails. Further, you can add quiz visitors to specific lists.

Follow these simple steps to ensure Visual Quiz Builder is integrated with Klaviyo.

  1. Confirm that you are on one of the following Visual Quiz Builder plans: Convert Pro, Personalize or Flywheel
  2. Go to the Integrations section of the dashboard and click on the Klaviyo tab
  3. You will see a button to enable OAuth Integration for Klaviyo. Click on Enable.

  1. A new tab will open in your browser, taking you to Klaviyo. If you are not logged in already, please log into Klaviyo at this point. In this page, you will be prompted to install the new Visual Quiz Builder integration.
  2. In this step, a page should appear to select your store, if you have multiple stores. Click Select for the same store that you began the integration in Step 1. The integration will not work if you select a different store here.

  1. If you have multiple stores, you may be presented with the same screen as in Step 3. If so, please click Continue.

  2. You will be asked to provide the necessary permissions to Visual Quiz Builder at this point. Please read through these permissions and click Allow if you agree. If you click Deny at this point, OAuth will not be enabled for your store. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team at help@visualquizbuilder.com!

  3. You will then be redirected to a page which should say that the integration has been enabled successfully. You are free to close this tab if you wish.

  4. To confirm if the integration was enabled successfully, go back to the Visual Quiz Builder dashboard and refresh the Integrations page. Navigate to the Klaviyo tab and there should be a green check mark denoting that the integration has been successfully enabled. If this is not the case even after you have followed the steps above, please contact our support team at help@visualquizbuilder.com.
