The nation is under rapid development, so it needs to acquire land. Your honorable task is to meet citizens who own the land and determine whether they really own it!

Check document discrepancies, listen to their interesting backstories, and learn about their circumstances. Then decide if they are people who genuinely deserve some compensation for their troubles, or are less 'civic minded' individuals who should simply make the noble sacrifice for the greater good.

History

The game’s main inspiration comes from a desire to explore the process of national modernization—capturing both its triumphs and challenges. Drawing inspiration from the immersive experiences of games like Papers, Please, it aims to provide players with direct interaction in a richly realized world, offering perspectives they may not have otherwise encountered.
