- Who hasn't attended your squad in a while? Why? How could you encourage the Gospel Soldiers in your squad to follow up with [the missing member/s]?
- Who is new that you are currently helping to join your squad? Where are they at right now in joining? (i.e. Invite funnel sent, Discord account created, schedule chosen, added to messenger chat, attended once, etc.) What is your next step to help equip them further?
- Who are the Corporals you're developing in your squad? Do they know they are seen as corporals?
- Who are the newest people to your team? Have they been added and welcomed to a messenger group yet?
- On a scale from 1-10, how ready is your assistant to lead their own team and train another squad? What will it take to get that number higher?
- BAFA. (Book an Assignment, From an Assignment) What current assignment is your [team member] working on? (i.e. skill, video, tool, resource, etc.) By when do they intend on having that assignment done? What are you planning on having them do next?
- What feedback are you providing your Assistant Leader with to help them become increasingly less dependent upon you while conducting the meetings? What about while following up throughout the week?
