In my experience, I have found that if a young person or any member doesn't have a responsibility at church they will soon drop out.

When people feel their presence is needed and other people are depending on them for the collective success of the community then they show up consistently.

I find the same principle applies to our Squad families. What are some different ways we could help the Gospel Soldiers in our Squads to feel needed? Essential? Involved?

  1. What are different roles that are simple which we can give people so they feel not just welcomed or invited but actually needed and involved in the Squad Family?
  2. How can we create an atmosphere of quickly making people feel they are an ESSENTIAL part of our Squad Family immediately after or even before they attend a squad for their first time?
  3. Who can help us to identify & Develop corporals in the Squad besides the Leader and Assistant? How can we turn Corporals into Leaders?
  4. Identify 12 different roles people can have so there is something for each person to do in the squad. (this will teach the Team Leaders, Corporals, and Assistants how to discern the talents of others.)
