• [ ] Help the new recruit choose a squad. Has the new recruit chosen a Squad # that works best according to their unique schedule?
• [ ] Help your new recruit to contact the squad leader. Has the new recruit gotten in touch with the squad leader?
  • [ ] Inform the Squad leader. Have you communicated to the squad leader your friend is coming so they can be prepared to greet with welcoming arms? It would be good to
• [ ] Add new recruit to messenger group. Has the new recruit been added to the Squad Messenger group? This is best to do as soon as the new recruit has confirmed their intentions on attending.
• [ ] Make sure they attend their 1st squad. Has the new recruit attended their first squad meeting yet?
• [ ] Make sure the Squad Leaders connect on Social. Has the Squad leader & assistant connected with the new recruit on social media directly after the first time attending their squad?
• [ ] Follow up with your new recruit. Have you followed up with your contact to ask them what did they like best about their first squad meeting?
  • [ ] Ask for a 2nd commitment. Did you ask your contact if they plan on attending next week?
• [ ] Request your squad to pray. Have you requested prayer in your squad for the new recruit that's coming?
