Steps

1 - Calculate Income

First you have to write down all the income you will receive this month. This can be your salary, tips, allowances, gifts, etc.

2 - Calculate Costs

Now you have to write down all your fixed expenses for this month, e.g. rent, electricity bill, debts, payments, purchase of foodstuffs, etc.

3 - Calculate Month Budget

The next step is to calculate the initial budget and also consider whether you want to save during the month.

4 - Insert Daily Expenses

Insert the expenses for each day of the week.

5 - View weekly expenses

You can see how much you have spent this week.

6 - Week change

Once the week is over and we enter a new week, a new budget has to be calculated.

7 - End of the month

Once the month is over we have to take stock of how it ended and write down the final savings.

8 - Calculate savings

The month is over! 🥳 We can now have an overview of how we are doing this year.
