Following up on delivery controls and claims

Tracking the rate of delivery checks

Ensuring that you or your teams check that products are delivered correctly can save several hundred euros a month. However, this is a task that is sometimes forgotten or poorly carried out due to other problems that may divert attention.

🥵 Delivery notes are sent back to the supplier and it is difficult for a manager to keep track of them.

😃 Doing the checks our tool allows you to monitor your kitchen(s) and make sure you're not missing out on savings.

It is sometimes difficult to fill in the controls in 100% of cases, which is why we also allow you to compare yourself to the network and to the standards recommended by Taster in order to help you better understand your performance.

Taster standards: a well-organised kitchen manages to control its deliveries and report the follow-up in 95% of cases. This is almost a 100% guarantee that there will be no financial loss.

Network average: we use the average delivery rate of all kitchens nationwide as an indicator.

Monitoring of amounts claimed

Just because deliveries are systematically monitored does not mean that financial losses will be avoided (this depends on the supplier and other factors). But that doesn't mean it shouldn't be done.

So we're also allowing you to see the average amounts saved by the network to get an idea of what you could be saving.
