What we're looking for!

We are seeking a kick-ass and warmhearted designer to join our team and dive into brand strategy, identity and visual storytelling across print, digital, and social platforms. You will develop and execute impactful design solutions for a diverse array of projects, supporting both client work and our own creative endeavours.

We welcome team players with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience to join us on a part or full-time freelance basis (min. 30 hours per week). If you appreciate our design sensibility, possess an eye for refined aesthetics, and have a passion for growth, we want to connect with you!

Please note that this role is not remote; we will collaborate in our design studio in the heart of Lisbon.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with the team at all stages of a design project — from research and brand strategy to concept design, design development, content implementation, and execution. Depending on your experience, you will support or lead other team members.
• Think conceptually and express ideas visually.
• Create sketches, layouts, finished designs and production assets.
• Collaborate on the development of compelling client presentations.
• Curate and edit visual content for social media platforms.
• Experiment and push conventions.
• Meet deadlines and expectations established by project leads.
• Stay updated on trends and contribute with fresh ideas.
• Develop a point of view on brand strategy, identity and visual storytelling and provide well-reasoned design solutions.
• Present ideas to peers, senior team members and eventually clients.
• Take guidance from leads and be able to seek support and mentorship within the team as needed.
• Foster teamwork and collaborate effectively. Work independently on assigned tasks when required.
• Actively seek educational growth through workshops and classes.
