PhotoBlur is an image processing software developed on Processing. Normally, coarse bokeh is made by off focus shot in low light environment. This program enables to edit your photo to add coarse bokeh effect by clicking the anywhere on the photo. The radius of coarse bokeh is decided by the brightness of the pixel.
