By helping prioritise tasks, this system can alleviate stress and increase productivity, allowing more time for personal pursuits and relaxation.

This System is based on David Allen’s, book Getting Things Done (GTD)

Digital Organizer will help you with:

- Collect all tasks in the "Inbox" bucket.

- Review each task to determine if it is actionable.

- For actionable tasks:

  - Assign to "Next Action" if your inputs is needed for that task.

  - Schedule on the calendar if it has a specific date/time.

  - Place in "Waiting For" if dependent on someone else's input.

- Non-actionable tasks should be discarded or deferred to the "Someday/Maybe" bucket.

- Group related tasks into a project to streamline focus and execution.
