~ You know that feeling when you can feel the warmth of the sun on your face, you have an entire day stretching out ahead of you, and everything is just perfect and nothing needs to happen? Yeah, that. ~
Healing work can pretty radically change how it feels to be alive; but the healing pathway is winding, vast, and often really hard to navigate.
Both of us have spent many years wandering the wilderness of healing work, pouring in energy but finding our lives still full of numbness and depression, or overwhelm and anxiety. When we reflected on what we wish we had known at the start, it was an opening up to the possibilities that were beyond what we could imagine at the time. ****It was finding practitioner who could hold our anger and show us that anger is safe and beautiful; discovering the knowledge of energy work that could heal our energetic systems; feeling the support and soothing of our ideal parents; and learning the wisdom of parts work and how to be with our parts from a loving place.
We (Linda and Amanda) are gathering a group of 5–8 people to spend three weeks with the modalities and pointers we’ve found most effective! This is our first experiment and iteration with this, and we want to co-create this experience with you 🙂
