Very obvious why this is first on the list. God comes first, the world comes second.
This grounds you and helps you understand whats important here.
the obligatory worship is NOT enough for success. thats the bare minimum.
and if youâre only doing the bare minimum, then i bet youâre probably only getting the bare minimum done for 80% of your life.
doing âjust enoughâ to get by.
just shy above self respect and confidence and we need to fix that.
âĄď¸ do an act of worship in PRIVATE thats only between you and Allah. keep it simple and consistent. this can be 20 mins of Zikr, Salah, Quran, meditation, talking to Him, Tahajud etc. but set a timer if it helps and think of it as one on one time with The Almighty.
âThe most beloved of deeds to Allah are those that are most consistent, even if it is small.â (Bukhari)
Now as you do this, your obligatory worship will get easier & youâll learn to appreciate your blessings from our Creator and youâll start to have more Taqwa [God consciousness]
<aside> đĄ most important takeaway: keep it private. no exceptions
