Partners of Sui Foundation

When a project can say they are a Sui Foundation partner:

If a person/project signed a deal with Sui Foundation, then that partner can claim that they are a partner of Sui Foundation.
If a person/project signed a deal with Mysten Labs and received funding from Sui Foundation, then that partner can claim that they are a partner of Sui Foundation.

When a project cannot say that they are a Sui Foundation partner:

If a person/project signed a deal with Mysten Labs, and either received funding from Mysten Labs or no funding, then that partner cannot claim that they are a partner of Sui Foundation (example: some game studios).
If a project has received funding from Sui Foundation either via a Sui Grant or Research Award, they cannot claim they are a partner of Sui Foundation. (This doesn't impact this team, but just FYI – we're doing our best to protect the brand of being a Sui Foundation / Mysten partner)
