Strategy & Outline for how we could work together
<aside>
🚀 Here is a brain dump of strategies / ideas and how we could work together. I’ve taken these key points into consideration throughout:

- Bootstrapped first
- Being bootstrapped means we need to be selective and focus on the highest ROI for each project we undertake
- Brand is key
- We can be ambitious and test things but never risk defacing the brand in the process
- Slow Growth is separate from Matt D’avella the brand.
- Whilst the Matt D’avella channel is the perfect platform to build Slow Growth from, the business should run as a separate entity not relying solely on Matt to exist. [Nathan Barry has a great post on why this is important here.]

Outline:
Email is the only place you actually own the relationship with your audience. Whenever a new product launches email will be the place that drives sales. It’s important that emails are sent regularly to subscribers and we build an engaged audience via email.
How I could Help:
- Setup email automations helping to leverage pre-existing content and ensuring that new subscribers are provided with engaging content.
- Write the weekly newsletter [You can checkout my newsletter here: https://www.stephenwise.io/newsletter]
Ideas:
- Build an email referral program. Subscribers would be incentivised to get their friends to sign up to the email list. Once they refer x amount of people they could get something for free.
- e.g - exclusive content or a small discount on the courses.
- Move the email list from Mailchimp over to ConvertKit. ConvertKit is much more creator friendly, it’s easier to setup automations/sequences and used by creators like Tim Ferriss and James Clear.
