What We Do

Space_Dynamics is a marketing agency for the decentralized internet. We partner with the most forward-thinking founders in the space to take novel crypto products to market — together. We’re crypto natives, degen traders, defi enjoyooors, NFT collectooors, DAO participants, and bitcoin HODLers. We know this space because we live and breathe it. Every. Single. Insane. Day.

We BUIDL alongside startups from pre-seed through series A+ startups working on bitcoin, crypto/web3, DAO tools, and NFTs. That includes L1s, L2s, decentralized social and identity, analytics, and developer products. We often serve as the earliest major marketing hire for our clients. We’re fractional CMOs, and we’re in the trenches executing alongside lean teams. We also work with fintech startups where there is some intersection with our background and experience (payments, gaming/hospitality, crypto, etc.).

We aren’t a shill-house. We don’t work on short-term pump-and-dumps. There are plenty of advisors covering that niche. We ain’t that guy. We believe great marketing — that explains the product to the right audience — inspires, informs, and drives measurable, meaningful impacts to the bottom line long-term. Great marketing can carry crypto into the next bull run and beyond through honest, fun storytelling of the impacts this technology will have on society.

Product marketing is our specialty. We build towards a replicable, scalable go-to-market engine while embracing early on, doing what doesn’t scale, and hustling matters most. We work across all aspects of marketing as they flow from the product. We execute retention and growth, acquisition, awareness, and building brand identity by proving our product’s promise, user-by-user, block-by-block.

Marketing Principles We Believe In

  1. Great product marketing is a pillar of success in this space. Who is the product built for, why they should believe in what you’re building, and can you explain it in your users’ language? Whether you’ve got product-market fit or not, we start with these first principles ensures a tight, replicable test/learn/scale process can follow. Crypto natives, not tourists, make that happen.
  2. Giving an honest fuck matters a lot. Caring about your community matters. Focusing on (and living) crypto values matters. Speaking about what your product solves in a non-technical, inspiring way matters. Measuring your marketing, not with vanity metrics, but with a focus on conversion, retention, and revenue, all matter. But remember also: respect your user’s privacy and security at all costs, even (and especially) at the cost of better marketing data.
  3. Great marketing strategy focuses on the right parts of the funnel at the right time. Too many companies in the space are too focused on top-of-funnel awareness and brand and neglect retaining the clients they have. Or vice-versa. Too many players in the space are ready to burn treasuries via sybil-laden airdrops without a strategy to retain the best/most active wallets. We execute across the funnel based on the state of the product and the niches our clients work in.

About Me

Hey. I’m Dara. I was orange-pilled during the pandemic and I’ve never looked back. Before that, I worked in the gaming/hospitality space and was a fintech consultant in a past life. One bull-to-bear cycle later, I’ve never been more sure what is being built in this space will revolutionize how money works and balance control of the internet back towards individuals over legacy institutions.

Currently Founder of Space_Dynamics, Head of Marketing at Fractal (www.fractalframework.xyz) + Atomic Contributor at Decent DAO.

Previously, I was Director of Product Marketing at Kraken, one of the world's largest crypto exchanges. I helped grow the operation from 0 to 1 and shipped a variety of Consumer, Pro, Institutional, bitcoin, non-custodial, and NFT products alongside gigabrain teams.
