At the beginning of each new semester or school year, teachers are faced with the challenge of remembering names for a large number of new students.
Design an experience to help an educator match faces to names, with the goal of shortening the time needed to reach complete un-aided accuracy.

I started my research on the internet about the various methods of memorization. For creating reliable memories, the memorization strategy should have these four important aspects :
- Images: creating a vivid mental image of a person, gives us a visual reminder of their name.
- Senses: brain can combine multiple senses to create strong memories
- Emotions: If an object is invoking an emotion, or association of the object with an emotion, helps in retaining the object in our long term memory.
- Patterns: The human brain has immense capabilities of detecting and remembering patterns. Hence the objects remembered in the form of patterns have higher chances of retention
Then I started my research with my target audience, i.e. teachers. I conducted user interviews with 3 teachers with different teaching experiences. All the participants were school teachers in Delhi.
