About

Founder of Hungry Teachers and Palapa. Hungry Teachers is a project for teachers, where everyone can get methodological support in the form of lesson materials and training courses. Palapa is a project to support childhood and child development. 15+ years of experience in education and pedagogy, launched two independent projects in children's education and conscious parenting. Designed learning experiences and evaluation systems for schools. Professional interests: product management, team development, entrepreneurship.

Non-academic Lead

*Le Sallay Dialogue (USA) (August 2024 - now days)*

Recruitment of staff for the team of counselors, creation and implementation of the counselor program participation in Le Sallay Dialogue, school events, including meetings, intra-departmental work; designing individualized educational strategies through the study of a student’s educational experience; developing a program for student’s non-academic development; organizing a non-academic environment by conducting research (data collection, analysis, and solution development).


Academic Lead

*Step by step (Dubai, UAE) (June 2023 - march 2024)*

Developed a product for children aged 6-11. Supervised a methodological group in the academic sector (10 people). Organized the development process of the academic component within an individual educational strategy for students, including an assessment system. Demonstrated expertise in client acquisition during the product creation phase using innovative educational solutions.


Academic Lead

*Adriatic College (Budva, Montenegro) (December 2022 - June 2023)*

Led the school’s pedagogical team (70 employees): recruitment, onboarding, and educational program development. Developed and implemented regulations for the psychological support service (working with children in emigration, adaptation, difficult behavior, bullying). Implemented a formative assessment system.
