Sayan Genri is founder of Myrad the Regional Lead and Developer Advocate at the Algorand Foundation, where he leads workshops, dev events, and community driven initiatives to help more developers break into Web3.

He has mentored across 20+ hackathons on Algorand and Router Protocol guiding builders from idea to deployment, and actively contributes to growing the ecosystem through education and hands on support.

He also contributes to Vara Network and is an active contributor at SuperteamIN, a role he earned after winning bounties for projects like Uprock and LendOS.

Sayan is a two time ETHIndia track winner and currently serves as the Lead of Google Developer Group (GDG), where he has built a strong student tech community. With a unique blend of technical skill and creative communication, he thrives across development, marketing, social media, and public speaking making complex Web3 concepts more accessible through content, events, and education.
