During my time working at Blockchain Founders Fund, we practiced something called ‘CEO for a Day’. Every week, a selected team member pretended to be the founder of one of the fund's portfolio companies and presented a 90 second fundraising pitch to the rest of the team. This helped a great deal with developing skills like synthesizing information, storytelling, communication and confidence.
