Using AI as an internal tool to provide insights and carry-out large quantities of repetitive tasks brings a significant business value. However, AI technical complexities blocks product and operation managers from accessing such tools that could significantly improve their work quality and quantity.
In the following case study, I am going to use a Generative AI model instead of creating a classic Supervised machine learning model. This model will automatically analyze reviews of TikTok app on Apple App Store, it will report topics of reviews and users’ sentiments toward the product in its current state and as it changes.
To solve this problem, The AI tool need to take the following steps:
Identify topics and sentiments in reviews (negative, neutral, or positive).
Identify the most important categories of topics for the product.
Identify the most important categories of topics for the product
Provide an SOP for the whole process.
