• Questbook is a multisig safe built on top of Gnosis Safe designed specifically for running grant programs.
• Instead of using numerous disparate tools to run a grants program, using the Questbook grants tool, IoTeX can run a streamlined grant program from a single place.
• The entire process is run completely on chain. All grants, their applicants, and the workflow are stored completely on-chain.

Phase 1: Grants orchestration tool

Questbook Grants tool is a state-of-the-art completely decentralized tool - all the data is stored on-chain and the frontend is served via decentralized storage networks. We don’t run our own database or servers - making the product completely decentralized, open-sourced and composable.

Phase 1 would take approximately 2 weeks for development + testing + deployment to the mainnet. The deliverables include:

1. Contracts deployed on mainnet for managing the grants process on chain
2. UI & wallet integration to allow applicants to interact with the above-mentioned contract
