Private and public letters

• Letters are now private by default
• Toggle public share mode
• Option to share in publication page

New onboarding flow

• Set up profile and create publication on sign up
• Sign up complete instructions

Improved Settings

• Tidied layout
• Save changes button state now says 'saved' when complete
• Paste link to update profile picture (upload avatar on roadmap)
