iECHO allows partner hubs to create and issue certificates easily to participants of your ECHO programs

Create & issue certificates

<aside> 💡 To create certificates, You would need to enable the program with certificate features by switching on the toggle stating Provide certificate while creating the program. Refer to the image below

• Select the program & open the Participant group for which certificates are required.
• Select the Participants tab
• Select the participants to whom you want to issue the certificate
• Click on Issue Certificate
• Click on the certificate template type Classic or Modern

• Upload the header image with logos of the relevant organizations

  • Use this Powerpoint template to easily create a header image: Download template →

• Provide the Heading, Subheading, and Certificate Description

• Upload the footer image with signatures of relevant people

  • Use this Powerpoint template to easily create a footer image: Download template →

• Click on Preview Certificate to download a preview PDF of how the certificate would look

• Once you have confirmed the layout and design of the certificate, click on Confirm & Issue

• The participants will be shared the certificate via e-mail

  • Participants without email can also download the certificate from iECHO by accessing the My Certificates section in the menu
