Goals for this method

• Testing interactions on a web based interface at different points during class
• This will gauge how students want to interact, how often they want to interact, and if they want to interact with other students / teachers
• A post experience survey will just clarify the data collected during the class (why buttons where pushed, what buttons were missing)
• This will require quite an introspective approach from our participants

We are looking to improve engagement between students / teachers and students / students in the online learning space. We are specifically focused on trying to lessen the effects of isolation...

We've made a little prototype just to test and discover what kind of interactions students may want to make during a class! We can't wait to show you the device we end up creating.

Instructions

We want you to have our prototype open during a class. As you go through the class, you'll be able to use our prototype when you feel it's appropriate. I will ask you questions, feel free to answer them at any point throughout the class. In fact, it's better if you take breaks between questions.
