Born & raised in DC, Melissa is a federal grants and contracts guru with application to close-out experience managing proposals & programs for opportunities that range anywhere from $200k to a whopping $950m. With an MBA from Oxford and a BA from Duke, she’s worked in a range of fields, including consulting, technical writing, policy, and startups.
