NCL Covid clinician contacts referring GP within 2 hours
NCL Covid clinician calls patient to retriage
NCL Covid clinician can book home visit or refer to hospital
Provides advice on management of Covid-19 patients at any stage
Can do home visits if
Patient has already had remote assessment along with sats probe
<Day 21 of illness
After you do the EMIS referral and this is emailed, a response is usually within 1 hour.
Do NOT advise patients they will be seen by default.
