ICE is one of the business unit in IDN Media, the leading content creator platform in Indonesia which offers frictionless and seamless collaboration between brands and content creators. This platform aims to help small-medium enterprises and enterprises to achieve their business goals through content creator marketing (we know this as the endorsement process). The ICE business itself has already run long before, and the management wants to expand the environment to a new platform which expected can be used as a self-service platform by the UMKM & Brand enterprises.
Since this is a new platform, there are several areas that might need improvement. We tried to re-evaluate this first phase by testing it on real users by conducting some in-depth research on UMKM & Brands. We’ve already tested the main flow of ICE, one of them is the transaction process which consists of several flows such as filling the brief form, selecting the services, until process checkout.
In this project, we’re focusing on the brief part. Brief consists of the main directions from the brand for the selected influencers. Without a brief, the influencers will have no clue about the product knowledge and what to do. Based on the previous research, we found out that some of the brief information isn’t cover the user’s needs well. So, the next step is we’re conducting research to gain insight from 2 PoV (UMKM & brand enterprises), analyze, & rework the brief.
