Day 1 starts with an intake Q and A. Write down your current screen time, your most used apps, why you chose to do the 30 day challenge etc.

After you filled out the Q and A truthfully, you can start the 30 day digital detox challenge!

Day 1 starts! It is quite an easy start with these 4 challenges:

- New habit: Start the next 30 days with a glass of water

- Choose a non fiction book you would like to read

- Go for a 20 minute walk

- Reduce your daily screen time by 5 minutes

As you progress the 30 day challenge more habits will be implemented into your life, screen time will be reduced further and the detox challenges will get harder. Gradually the intensity of the challenges will increase!
