Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits on their first day of employment with Neura Health (after payroll set-up has been completed). Upon starting at Neura Health and going through onboarding, you will receive a welcome email from Gusto. Here you can select benefits, set up direct deposit and tax withholding, update personal information, and many other activities.

Health Insurance through United Health Care

- One-year free Peloton membership or 3-months waiver to an existing all-access membership

Dental Insurance through Guardian Life
- With more than 130,000 providers nationwide, Guardian offers one of the largest dental networks across the US and continues to add more providers each year.
Financial Benefits
- As of December 1, 2023, after 1 year of employment, employees are eligible to enroll in and contribute to a 401K plan through Guideline.
- Employees are also eligible for a $100/year learning and development stipend for continuing education. This is an annual stipend that resets on an employee’s anniversary date. Please expense this via email to finance@neurahealth.co.
Other Benefits
- Additionally, Neura Health offers each employee a free annual Neura membership and one $199 credit to use towards a Neura Health medical visit for yourself, a family member, or a friend.
- We also have lunch together each Thursday in the office. Neura covers lunch on a quarterly basis for all team members both remote and in-office.
- We also have an annual team off-site. Our first was in the beautiful Catskills of NY and we can’t wait to go again!
Flexible Time Off (FTO)
At Neura, you’ll have access to 21 days off per year to be used at your discretion. This means you can use them for anything (sick days, mental health days, personal appointments, vacation). They are in addition to the holidays below.
- Note: If you are in your first 90 days at Neura, we ask that you take no more than 2 consecutive days off unless you discussed a pre-planned vacation with your manager & HR during your hiring process.
