Neighborhood Meetups are monthly events for people that want to live near their friends. There are lots of ways this can look:
- two couples splitting a duplex,
- a group all living on the same block, like Bestie Row
- adjacent homes with the fences knocked down and re-landscaped,
- or full-blown cohousing, with a dozen families sharing a whole common house.
These meetups will be a mix of information sessions (panels and Q&A with people that are doing it) and fun (think adventure retreats and group bonding activities).

Who are these meetups for?
- People who resonate with these benefits of living in community and want to live and eventually raise their kids close to their friends
- People who are thinking about buying their first house or having kids.
Problems
- You want to live near friends and/or raise kids communally… but you don’t know exactly who’d be in your group. You have plenty of friends, but you don’t know if they’d be interested, when they’re planning to buy a home, or what their kids timelines are (if any).
- You don’t know how to find and evaluate real estate. You could do it for yourself but it seems much more complicated to evaluate housing that’d satisfy a whole group.
Solutions
- Join our periodic meetups throughout 2024. Bring your friends and make new ones.
- Sign up for housing leads. Jason and Brian are starting a real estate business: we’ll help you identify on- and off-market leads, help you analyze its suitability for a wide range of community living formats, and if it makes sense, help you execute the transaction and/or redevelop the property.
