This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Friends of Friends (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Jonathan Nash and Harry Moy. The Application is a location-based dating service.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and use the Application.

When you download the Application you provide (a) a vendor identifier; (b) name; (c) date of birth; (d) gender; (e) dating preference; (f) location data; (g) information you provide when you contact us for help; (h) information you enter into our system when using the Application.

We may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, changes to our privacy policy, terms of use, and required notices.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices vendor identifier, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

When you use the mobile application, we use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to display content posted by other users and automatically delete content based on a significant location change.

We will not share your current location with other users but other users will be aware that information you enter into our system when using the Application would have been entered while near your location.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you may turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your mobile phone settings or uninstall the Application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
