Simple Journal

A journal dashboard that allows you to create customized journal prompts, with pre-made prompts ready for use.

Contains cognitive reframing, autosuggestion and interpretation table prompts. Create a journal entry by clicking on the main page button. Each journal entry contains automation that generates pre-made prompts.

Also added in several journal reflection prompts. Feel free to customize or add your own prompts.
