  1. Awareness: Knowing about the webinar is awareness, eg. Ads, Mouth to Mouth Marketing.
  2. Acquisition: A person taking action is acquisition.
  3. Action: Action is when the person does some real activity.
  4. Retention: When customer is staying with you, ie. It comes back. it's customer retention.
  5. Revenue: It is when a person buys that programme from you.
  6. Referral: Growth happens when people are talking about your product and recommending them to people who trust them. It's called referral.

Hence, the work of marketing is done when the customer is acquired.
