Hi there 👋

Welcome to Pulley! A crucial part of onboarding to Pulley is filling in our cap table template. Pulley uses the template as your cap table’s source of truth, so it must be complete and accurate before beginning onboarding.

On this page, you’ll learn how to fill in our template. If you have any specific questions on how to fill in the template, don’t hesitate to contact onboarding@pulley.com on the email thread you have with us.

2 Make your own copy of the template.

3 Fill in the template, and upload it to your onboarding dashboard.

Some general guidelines:

The Summary tab, the Stakeholder Details tab, and the Shares tab are mandatory to fill in. Please fill in every other tab as it applies to you.
If column is highlighted red, that column is mandatory to complete.
If a cell is filled in within two borders, every cell within that border on that row must also be completed. For instance, if you filled in cell H5 on the Shares tab, you would also have to fill in cell G5, i.e. all cells within the "Vesting" heading.
Do not alter the formatting of this sheet, unless you need more rows.
