Honestly one of the biggest things I struggle with is keeping up with things i need to do.
Using your computer, cell phone or tablet you can use this system to list and describe your medicine, track how consistently you take them, see who it was prescribed by and why, and organize all the information that you may need to have on hand - like appointments and notes. This has kept me very consistent! (plus it’s super cute).
