You add all information in your base and not be scary of delete important information. Every link between databases and pages get information rom base page.
Home page
This is your work space.
– Add your active projects (from base page) and have fast way to see it.
– Make goals of your projects, link it with tasks and see progress.
– Organize your tasks and have some views: Today, Calendar, Timeline, Table and Spring board.
— Add main information in Documents and share those pages to your clients.
Project's page
Keep all information about each projects: Goals, Tasks, Materials, Payment.
Documents
I added some useful template in Documents: Brief and CV. You can edit it for yourself.
