This template is designed to help you track and manage daily habits effectively. It includes features for habit management, daily check-in records, and a check-in heatmap, allowing you to monitor your daily habit execution comprehensively.

How to use?
1. Add your habit to the Habit Management table and fill in the ideal frequency, time period, target check-ins, and other relevant information.

2. If your habit requires daily check-ins, click the "Add to Daily Check-In" button and set the daily check-in title, which is usually the same as the habit name.

3. Once the habit is added to the Daily Check-In, you should complete the habit within the designated time each day and click the "💟 Check-In" button in the Daily Habit Heatmap to log the check-in.

4. If you forget to check in, you can manually add the data to the Check-In Record table. Make sure to set the check-in time to the actual time you completed the habit, not the default time.
