Use the assessment as a guide for the conversation.

Be polite and positive, but remember that not delivering critical feedback is being unkind and does no favours to anybody.

To be cloned per individual assessing. Otherwise individuals will be able to see each other’s assessments, which is largely unappreciated.

  1. Create a new assessment with the name highlighting the applicable time period (i.e. Jamie: 2024-h1). Open it up and click the button “List expectations”. This will create entries in which can then be filled out for the individual.
  2. Fill them out, listing Feedback & Examples and deciding with the individual on action items to take forward.
  3. Delete these instructions.
