What am I ignoring in my life right now?

This card is indicating that there are areas of your life where you may be involved in your own destruction. Sometimes, even subconsciously, we seek to hurt ourselves because of potential misbeliefs and perspectives we have. All this does though is perpetuate the cycle of self shame and loathing and thus, self-sabotage.

When we treat ourselves with compassion and kindness, our actions start to reflect that and we become better versions of oursleves. Often though, we have to address the painful and negative parts of our lives and cut them out in order to move forward.

Why am I ignoring it?

This card, combined with the first one tells me that there may be an old but deep-seeded mentality about what is held "sacred" to others and to yourself. You could be ignoring your self-sabotage or misbeliefs out of an attempt to remain in the good graces of others or of "societal norms."

You are a sacred being though and no matter what happens in the external world, you are worthy and have a right to be here on Earth. Your body, sexuality, wisdom, dreams, etc., are your true sacred belongings. And when you ignore or reject treating it with kindness, you're setting a precedent for yourself.

"I'm not worthy of true sacred love."

But you are. You are MORE than worthy.

What do I do now?

The more we shove something we deem "shameful" or "wrong" inside of ourselves, the more we internalize it until it becomes a part of who we think we are. It add nothing but more pain and hurt when you try to ignore things that fester inside of you.

This card is saying that it's time to come clean...if not with another person, then at least to yourself. The misbeliefs and self-sabotage will continue to weigh you down if you're unable to reach an awareness of what's happening.

It's what you decided to DO with that awareness that change the trajectory of your life.

You don't have to face it alone. There is help out there. You just have to be willing to accept it.
