This template contains my complete task manager (what I call my “proactivity system”), where you can plan yearly goals, daily subtasks, and everything in between.

Optional, advanced features including points, sprints, and progress bars allow you to gamify your productivity.

Features:
- A task manager that lets you plan yearly goals, daily subtasks, and everything in between (I call them weekly tasks and monthly supertasks).
- Assign a priority, “do” date, and see which tasks are overdue.
- Views:
- See your subtasks due today, in the next week or past week, in a calendar, or on a Kanban board (broken down by parent task).
- See your tasks in a complete list or assigned to this week.
- *Advanced*: See your supertasks and goals in a complete list.
- *Advanced*: Assign points to each task (based on the required effort) to gamify your task management. See how many you can complete each week!
- *Advanced*: Assign a time estimate to each subtask to get a sense of how long each task will take overall.
- *Advanced*: Use the separate Sprints database to assign tasks to yourself in one- or two-week increments. Give yourself positive motivation to get things done!
