AirBnB AptRent: Simple Rental Tool

In this tool you add bookings either from the Quick Add area, or directly in the calendar. A new booking will automatically add three tasks to the task manager; book cleaning, send whatsapp message, and pay back deposit. You can also add other tasks as needed.

You also have quick access to the most important details such as wifi password, access codes and phone number for cleaning. The calendar gives you an overview of upcoming bookings, as well as statistics for This Year and Last year, showing you income generated etc. Lastly in the WhatsApp box i have a default message i send out just ahead of the client arriving, and a link to a public web page with extensive information about the property (parking, pictures etc. ).
