Consolidate your style tiles
- You're going to need to make a decision and narrow down all of your design choices into a single, unified style guide.
- If you like the style of one tile, but have a preference for a certain element from another, go ahead and mix and match as long as you stick to one overall look.
- If you're having a hard time choosing which direction you want to go, get people to vote on it in Discord
- Once you've got your awesome style tile ready to go, it's time for you to create a homepage on Figma.
Homepage
- That homepage, it is that first page that all visitors come across
- It's the perfect place to give visitors a little preview of what they can expect while they're on your site.
- You want to make sure they have a really good first impression and that their experience is super positive from the start
From Figma to Squarespace
- Since you'll be transferring this design over to Squarespace, we thought it would be helpful to turn Squarespace elements into Figma components
- We constructed the blocks, sections, and collections used in Squarespace, and we put it in Figma so that when you're designing your websites, you can just boom, boom, boom, grab a block, and then add it to your Figma frame.
