At Alle, we are building an AI-powered digital assistant that helps consumers with their lifestyle goals (shopping, travel, entertainment, inspiration etc.) across the information they curate online (screenshots, links, notes etc.).

We’re assembling the founding team and are looking for a Growth Analyst to own 0 to 1 distribution. You will work closely with the founders & bring this vision to reality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and analyse 0-to-1 stage customer acquisition channels and user engagement data to identify opportunities for distribution & retention.
• Run user acquisition campaigns on various channels, including performance marketing, for maximising learning about users.
• Develop and execute unique, low-cost user acquisition experiments, exploring different growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in growth-related analytics for a consumer company, with a strong preference for startup experience.
• Experience with execution in performance marketing is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in using data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel etc) and basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
