Job Brief

We are looking for a Product Designer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining incredible standards of UI and UX for GrowValley and our ventures’ products and services. They work closely with leadership and business teams build high-performance, intuitive, and dynamic interfaces and experiences for products.

Your Responsibilities

As our Product Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints
• Design and develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to refine and optimize the product design continually
• Work closely with the design and development team to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs, addressing any design-related issues that may arise during the development process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design, incorporating them into our products as appropriate
