Goodnick is a healthy ageing coaching service for people over 60. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve the highest quality of life through our results driven coaching programmes.

We’re looking for an Enrolment Coach to guide our warm prospects through the decision-making process, turning interest into committed participation. The goal of the role is to assess the prospect’s viability and enrolling and onboarding people that are a good fit for the programme and disqualifying people who aren’t suited for the programme.

A track record in coaching, sales, customer facing roles is a must, and the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate and have a drive to succeed.

Forget what you know! (Ok, not all of it, but you will need to learn our systems and the way we do things here before any interactions take place).

Required Experience

2+ years of experience in Coaching, Enrolment, or Sales. You’ll need to learn our processes and methods, but we require someone with experience in guiding clients through significant decisions.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Health & Wellness, Processes, Creation, & Management: A good understanding of health and wellness is important.

Generating Appointments: Experience with sourcing your own leads is a plus. If there is downtime in inbound leads, you should be either honing your skills or creating your own opportunities. A true high performer targets all angles.

Interests & Experience: You must be passionate about health, wellness, self improvement and longevity.

People Skills: You’ll be engaging with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is crucial for success (this doesn’t mean you have to be an extrovert).

Integrity: Follow through with what you say. Be honest with prospects and only enrol those who are a great fit.

Leadership: Guide prospects to the best decision for them, even if it’s outside their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s best for people.

Hunger and Work Ethic: This is not an easy role, but it is rewarding. To earn the income possible here, you must be willing to put in the hours, honing your craft, and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities and 2) onboard them. You must be hungry for success for the client, yourself and the business.

Proactivity: Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, know what you’re doing well and reinforce it. If you’re behind, understand why and adjust your behaviour to get the results.
