Key Terms
- Vendor / Seller – Your company
- Store – A location (e.g. warehouse) with its own catalog, inventory, and Kimelo order link
- Customer – A buyer who shops at one store
- Product – A single item (SKU) with inventory tracked at the smallest unit
- Pack Type – How you sell a product (case, each, etc.); prices are per pack type

Step 1: Set up FTP Folder & Store Credentials
Each store will have its own FTP folder. That’s where you’ll upload files to update your store, and where Kimelo will drop files for you to pick up.
Log in to your FTP server using your FTP client (like FileZilla, Cyberduck, or command line).
